These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GovYapar Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, registered office at 302, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi – 110020 ("GovYapar").
By accessing or using the GOव्यापा₹.com website, mobile application, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
GovYapar provides the following services through the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have authority to use the Platform on behalf of any entity you represent.
3.1 You must create an account to access most features. Provide accurate and complete registration information.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@govyapar.com of any unauthorised use.
3.3 GovYapar may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
3.4 One person may not maintain more than one account. Businesses may have multiple authorised users under a single account.
Service fees are displayed on the Platform and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to registered users.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payments Private Limited. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets.
5.1 GovYapar's CA team provides professional compliance services. Statutory deadlines are set by Indian laws and government portals, which are outside our control. Late fees or penalties arising from government portal downtime, incorrect information provided by you, or force majeure events are not GovYapar's responsibility.
5.2 GovYapar's maximum aggregate liability for any service failure shall be limited to the fees paid by you for that specific service in the preceding 3 months.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, data and the GovYapar brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of GovYapar Technologies Private Limited, protected by Indian IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform you consent to data collection and processing as described therein. We comply with the IT Act, 2000, IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The Platform integrates with: Razorpay (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), SendGrid (email), Amazon Web Services (cloud) and GSTN (government portal). GovYapar is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of these third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised at legal@govyapar.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
GovYapar may modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
