Private Limited Company Registration

The gold standard for startups and growing businesses. We register your Private Limited company, name to certificate, so you’re investment-ready from day one.

What is a Private Limited company?

A Private Limited company is the most credible and scalable business structure in India, a separate legal entity, owned by shareholders and run by directors, with limited liability protecting the owners’ personal assets. It can raise equity funding, issue ESOPs, and enjoys the strongest standing with banks, investors and large clients.

It’s governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) through the integrated SPICe+ form. For any founder planning to grow, hire, or raise capital, it’s almost always the right choice.

Why choose a Private Limited company?

Limited liability

Your personal assets are protected — your risk is limited to what you invest in the company.

Separate legal entity

The company is legally distinct from its owners — it can own property, sue and be sued in its own name.

Easy fundraising

The only structure investors and VCs prefer — you can raise equity, issue shares and bring in angels/VCs.

ESOPs for your team

Attract and retain talent by issuing employee stock options — only companies can do this.

Perpetual succession

The company continues regardless of changes in ownership or directors — it doesn’t end with a founder.

Credibility & trust

Banks, large clients and vendors take a registered company far more seriously than a proprietorship or firm.

Easy ownership transfer

Ownership moves simply by transferring shares — far cleaner than transferring a proprietorship or partnership.

FDI-friendly

Most sectors allow 100% foreign investment under the automatic route, making a company ideal for global capital.
