1. About GoVyapar

GoVyapar is an online platform that facilitates business registration and compliance services for Indian entrepreneurs and businesses. We act as a facilitator between clients and government portals, assisted by qualified Chartered Accountants and legal professionals.

We are not a government entity and are not affiliated with any government body. All government fees are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Services Offered

GoVyapar provides assistance with the following services (not limited to):

• GST Registration and Return Filing
• Private Limited Company, LLP, OPC Registration
• Sole Proprietorship and Partnership Firm Registration
• MSME / Udyam Registration
• Trademark Registration
• FSSAI Food License
• Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
• Import Export Code (IEC) Registration
• Other business compliance services

The timeline and outcome of government registrations depend on government processing times and are not guaranteed by GoVyapar.

3. Payment Terms

Service Fees

Our service fees are displayed on our website and communicated via WhatsApp before commencement of work. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the agreed price at time of booking will be honored.

Government Fees

Government fees (MCA fees, trademark filing fees, etc.) are separate from our service fees and must be paid directly or through GoVyapar as applicable. These are non-refundable once submitted to government portals.

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment partner Razorpay.

4. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

• If GoVyapar is unable to initiate the service due to our error, a full refund will be processed
• If the service is cancelled before any work has begun, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges

Non-Refundable Cases

• Government fees once submitted to portals are non-refundable
• If the application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client
• If the client fails to provide required documents within a reasonable time
• Services already completed or partially completed
• If the client changes their mind after work has commenced

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of service initiation by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
• Inform us immediately of any changes to information already submitted
• Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential

GoVyapar is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoVyapar's liability is limited to the service fee paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by government processing times or system downtime
• Rejection of applications due to government policy changes
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or profit arising from service delays
• Third-party actions or government decisions beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoVyapar.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of GovYapar Ventures Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Confidentiality

GoVyapar treats all client information as strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not share your personal or business information with any third party except as required to complete your service or as mandated by law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. Please contact us first at support@govyapar.com before initiating any legal proceedings.

10. Changes to Terms

GoVyapar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
